The tremendous advances in wireless
communications and mobile computing, combined with the rapid
evolution in smart appliances and devices, generates new challenges
and problems requiring interactions between different network layers
and applications in order to offer advanced mobile services. We
invite researchers, practitioners and others interested in wireless
communications, mobile networking and ubiquitous computing to
participate in the third IEEE International Conference on Wireless
and Mobile Computing, Networking and Communications (WiMob 2007) to
be held in White Plains, New York, USA, on October 8-10, 2007.
