Interlab: Laboratory on Intelligent Engineering for Communications and Networking

The laboratory aims at carrying out research on issues related to communication networks.

The contexts of users mobility, heterogeneity of architectures, and diversity of transmitted media, often pose complex problems of general coordination, real-time service delivery, and systems reliability. In order to address these problems, the activities of the laboratory exploit and integrate various techniques and methodologies ranging from mathematical modeling, signal processing, intelligent systems techniques, and systems simulation, prototyping and experimentation. 

The activities of INTERLAB are particularly interested in the following areas:
Cyberphysical Sytems including Connected Vehicles, Smartgrid, Machine-to-Machine Communications, Internet-of-Things.
